Elantria offers Luxury Apartment Selection Refinement services. Our offerings fall into three categories:

2.1 Services

Personalized advisory sessions and guided viewings for apartment selection.

2.2 Digital Products

e-guides, digital checklists, and interactive selection tools.

2.3 Goods

Printed materials, maps, and branded merchandise.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full before delivery of any service, digital product, or good. Payment methods are described at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time by contacting us at +971518867064 or via our form. No changes are accepted within 48 hours.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a service appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled time, we will issue a full refund of the service fee. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the appointment incur a 50% refund of the service fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment due to preparatory work and resource allocation.

Alternatively, you may reschedule a service appointment once without any additional charge if requested at least 72 hours prior to the original date.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable due to the nature of digital content delivery.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges. Upon receipt and inspection of the sent back item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued to cover the loss in value.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elantria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our site or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in Dubai courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to elantriahub.info. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
